You’ll cruise across Lake Müritz, exploring its lakeside towns, tasting freshly caught fish and great local cuisine as you go and you’ll travel as far as the popular summer resort of Malchow, where you’ll soak up the lively summer vibe and explore a variety of fascinating historical sights.

After you have arrived and checked-in, we’ll show you to your boat as quickly as possible. Spend time settling in, freshen up and await your pre-departure briefing which will be given by one of our base technicians. They will familiarise you with the boat’s domestic systems and give you a hands-on demonstration of the boat controls and how to operate it. They will make sure you are comfortable and confident controlling the boat, as well as navigating the waterway, before you set off.

Alternatively, you may wish to visit the Aviation Technical Museum, just an 10 minute cycle to the north of central Rechlin… in ‘Rechlin Nord’. This used to be the location of the Luftwaffe’s main testing ground for new aircraft designs in Nazi Germany. With an additional 3 nights, you will have time to head north-east of Marina Wolfsbruch to Neustrelitz, where you can stroll around the beautiful palace gardens. While the original palace has gone, the gardens are still home to a marvellous hotchpotch of sculptures, fountains and buildings in a variety of architectural styles, from Neo-Classic to Neo-Gothic. What’s more, if you feel the urge for some ‘big-city hustle-bustle’, you could take a day trip to Berlin from here. By train, you can be in the capital in an hour.
