The price must be advertised in the same currency as the originally booking.
Your claim must be submitted by submitting the Best Price Guaranty claim form.
Valid claims will result in a discount equal to the difference in price applied to any outstanding balance. In the case there is no outstanding balance a refund for the price difference will be issued, to the original payment method within 30 days.
